Look for signs of major movement within the house.

Rotate those every time you do a deal and you would have a great movement towards your goals!

Part of the reason I like this idea is because of all the trends towards sustainability, shared economy, tiny house movement, people wanting more flexibility with their vacations, and the fact that it's just simply unique.

Mike, I am really down on commercial real estate; I think the pandemic has accelerated the move away from offices (it was a movement before the pandemic). 

Also, look at finding your multi family properties in other areas possibly or get some SFHs to get some traction/movement going.

There’s no movement now because it hasn’t truly hit us.

IMHO it's the investors with the LONG TERM view always in mind that will succeed and not panic or change their LONG TERM strategy to adjust for hypothetical market movements.
