Finish the build out of the shed, rent that out too?

I recently finished reading rich dad poor dad and I am almost done with trumps, “The Art of The Deal”.

I still have not gotten my basement finished.

Basically, everything will be new with the exception of some Sheetrock walls that I was able to salvage.I’m really looking forward to the finished product and placing my first tenant!

The pictures on Zillow don't always give enough information to be able to look for similar finishes or adjust for different finished.

Hello I just finished the audiobook of "The Book on Rental Property Investing: How to Create Wealth and Passive Income Through Smart Buy & Hold Real Estate Investing".I just want to know if there are any PDF's on the " checklist what to see before buying a house" and a PDF for other 2 things like - "How to make an offer and what to check before completing the offer" - "how to find my Karma points for my loan so I make it easy on my bank"Edit : Also the guide on how to do Screening on my Tenants if possible(the one that analyzes the audiobook)

I gave my fiancé "start late, finish rich" two years ago and she hasn't cracked it.

I have finally finished fixing up a rental and have listed it for rent.

I once did a project as a GC for a Chinese American investor and right when it was time for him to pay me he cancelled his contract with me, did not pay me what he owed me to that date and finished the building with his own contractor friends and family.
