(Of course there are actually two more empty units than were disclosed originally, and three of the current tenants haven't been paying for months, but I was pretty much expecting that sort of thing)One big relief, though, is that I'm pretty sure I have found a good management company.

Trust me, there was no way of getting out of that rate and once people got hit with it, they would scream, yell, cry and beg, but there was no relief because now they had poor credit and were over a barrel.

The water discharge backed up but one side did not have a relief access to drain it and when putting it in discovered that there was a crack in the pipe.
