Just to clarify my previous post, I would like to say that while I've experienced challenges with mngt, RTR/Rent to Retirement has been extremely helpful in navigating this situation so I know what my options are and so I don't feel alone in this process.

I just have no idea how the contracts work, financing options outside traditional, etc. would love some help.

In my New England market I’ve been able to source some amounts of cash flow but my appreciation has been phenomenal and the projections for future appreciation keep me from selling to attempt to find better cash flow.

Maybe a free option like I have with Stessa now?

Using BiggerPockets sounds like an option, but I would appreciate hearing any suggestions you may have.

Smart cameras like **Ring** or **Arlo** can be a good option, and you can hide the recording box in a locked area for added security.

Those will give you some better options for in-person meetups.That is a great tie-in with your job.

Based on the value of a property you can likely get away with a inexpensive desk top study such as condos and you will require a more comprehensive engineering study for larger properties like a 4plex.Desktop / modeling options are sometimes good for smaller residential like you mention. 

I am not looking to get a real estate license for now, so that has seemed to limit my options as well.
