Hey @Cody Schaaf - our spam filters are uber-sensitive, and it will stop anyone from messaging if the messages are too similar, which looks like the cause of your auto-ban.  

I'm unable to determine if the noise complaints are valid because the tenant on the other side of the possible offender never has any issues with them and also states the complaining tenant has always been very noise sensitive. 

People don't want to move in climate sensitive regions.

Or possibly a need for a restraining order.  

Female has a restraining order against her, violated the restraining order, but nothing else serious.

How price sensitive is the model?

Real estate could really start dropping in 2018 for years.The best place to be is cash in a recession or focus on collecting rents where there are jobs that won't be affected by tariff-sensitive companies. 

No "sensitive" information has been received yet, such as SS# or DOB... except for her address...

I think the Mosque in that location is a pretty thoughtless act and not sensitive to the feelings of the victims of 9/11.

@Clarence McClain this is a municipal question, not a state question...bottom line is that the cost should always be passed back to your tenant...even if sub-metering is not in place....irrespective of the size of the property.Water/sewer is a sensitive issue because back bills result in a lien against the property...so, municipalities want owners to be responsible.
