If you figure it out, please let me know well before it happens.Although if they add in higher taxes (for the so called rich), increased inflation (everyone enjoys this), and more corporate layoffs (inevitable when they raise taxes) we could see more serious problems in the not so distant future.But hey, more people will qualify for public housing, food stamps, "free" health care, etc...

John Anderson Ryan Murdock thanks for the responses...from my reading there is no "qualification" for a service animal anyway, besides for documentation from a health care provider.I am concerned that I may suddenly get additional requests for service animals, but I just want to make sure that proactively notifying other tenants of a service animal would not be any sort of privacy violation for the tenant with the animal.

In home health care... you name it there is a small business or franchise model.and of course you can with bigger bucks open up a Mickey D s or one like that. one that is popular out aur way is black rock coffee stands.. those do very well.. little drive through coffee stands in parking lots. etc etc etc.. but this is not passive of course.. you running a business but for sheer income and use of equity in your home and if you have the time worth exploring I would imagine..
