There has been some sort of domestic dispute and the two women have told me that they do not feel safe living with the guy that is still there.

I think the 4 plex depending on the parking and if they have a garage or not... but basically larger apartments the management is much stricter.  4 plex not so much.. the few I have had and the one's I brokered were all rented by more tradesmen type blue color workers or a lot of kiddleeswere as apartments tend to have more of your single folks single women. etc for the safety aspect and or those that want the amenities.. but you can buy a 4 plex move in and chose your neighbors.. little known nugget is that is you owner occ. a  4 plex you can discriminate to your hearts content.. you want only older folks No problem.. you want only college coeds no problem  any one you choose.

Most women will want to live in the nicest neighborhood they (you) can afford and drive the nicest car they (you) can afford.  

It might not be the best for the ego, but as business men and women, we need to do what is best for the business.

We all know that its the woman that make the decision about what to buy so I would listen to what the women suggest on hear.

In this mindset you have to have a sold set of policies and procedures to empower your employees to make decisions without you approving their every move.

IE, drug rehab,  inmate half way houses, mentally ill, healthy elderly, domestic intervention housing for women with children,  veterans, or housing for retired nuns. 

It's just always been more convenient to those women to be able to do it on their own terms. 

The most empowering thing I did was to accept that I'm going to make mistakes, learn from them when they happen, and know that I'll do better next time - and never ever give up!
