Something I always do is go to google earth and 'walk' around a bit and make sure I feel good about what I'm seeing on google streetview.

In terms of the age of the universe, the planet earth came out of an ice age yesterday so of course temperatures are rising. 

I don't want to be comfortable and I don't want to be on this earth just for me, so I choose to work on building my business and kicking butt everyday, with the goal of creating something special on this earth that everyone that knows me can be proud of. 

If someone has done all the hard work like finding a deal, rehabing and renting a place and if there is both equity and cash flow in the deal: why on earth would they sell it??

The comment about them being the BOA of insurance made me laugh- BOA is the worst bank on planet earth in my opinion.

A few weeks earlier got a TEXAS SALES AND USE TAX PERMIT come in mail.Not sure what it is .Now i got invoice from comptrollers office saying the LLC owes 1000,s of $$ in Back taxes .Cant figure out what on earth is happening .
