It's certainly more long term focused than the flipping and refinancing (almost impossible in France) culture in the US. 

The area boasts an array of major employment centers, universities and hospitals, as well as a diverse cultural landscape.

I missed experiencing other cultures.

The region's diverse economy, including the presence of tech companies, healthcare institutions, and a vibrant cultural scene, bodes well for sustained growth and a healthy rental market.Investing in an unfamiliar area can be daunting, but you're not alone on this journey.

I have no interest in trying to learn a new corporate culture in a W-2 job if possible.

Very well said Account Closed I do appreciate your efforts to provide dignity to tenants, and while I think the origin of words matters, culture has a way of redeeming those terms and even changing their meaning.

Cultural, political or personal ideology has no place in business for the most part and there is absolutely zero reason to potentially generate complaints off of basic inexpensive stuff.

I have joined subto and I am really happy with the culture.

A quick search of 60473 (south part) is relatively safe with a diverse culture and cuisine.
