Great insight guys...I will start my pivot campaign and do some driving for dollars & recall some of the potential sellers.I think my rapport was strong, as an ER doctor I build rapport with patients fairly well.

Also, not just any doctor will do.

Vacate at the end of your lease no later than 11:59PM on 4/30/2023.If we do not receive your response by 4/30/2023, then your lease will automatically continue on a monthly basis under option #2.Obviously doctor it up, but that gives you an idea.

Some stuff I know nothing about and read to learn, there are some things I know a lot about(I have a Juris Doctorate in law and over 25 years as a lawyer), and he is ALLWAYS spot on with his advice.

Cool stuff considering how many Millennials (esp lawyers, doctors, accountants, etc) are up to their ears in student debt. 

I know my doctors and therapist would write letters and recommend I leave, as it has been very clear for a long time that my living situation is a huge problem, I just don't even know if I legally have any footing. 

I have a doctor's note that excuses me from living anywhere that socialists outnumber capitalists!

This might not be 100% true for every major city, but in my experience they all have the high end "nice" area where all the doctors, lawyers, upper management, & other affluent people live.

Your wife and kids may want a home to live in, preferably where they have already established a life, friends, social, school, church, shopping, playgrounds,  doctors, dentists, hair dresser, etc.

I know plenty of doctors, attorneys, dentist and other business owners I could pitch the idea of becoming my private lender, but I don't know how to start up the conversation with them.
