I left the forum for a month to work on a house rehab and when I came back Greg S was gone, replaced by someone named Thomas who was attacking hobby landlords with the same vengeance.

If you have debt the bank has first dibs on it, so attackers can only take equity.

Here is what I did... after life situations that were perfect for a country music song (Heart Attack, Loss of work & Divorce all in 48 hours resulting in a bankruptcy) I was able to start from $2 and no credit and build $2,000,000 dollar net worth in 10 years. 

If not, you can't start an eviction, respond to legal complaint, etc...The price to foreign register an out of state LLC in another state is often the same price as having a separate LLC.As a separate LLC will offer you better asset protection (your other property will not be at risk when the first one is attacked), and the cost is the same, why not using two LLC instead?

LOL, @Brian BurkeAt 15K for an engine, prop, trike frame and a chute, all you get is liability, at the local fly-in, there are a few crazies out there, I prefer high, straight and level, around 2,000 ft, flying NOE doesn't give much recovery time for heavy gusts or a hawk attack.....LOL.

I need more time to narrow that list down and to also cement my goals and plan of attack.

And I was frustrated that his attack on me was for properties we featured for a tiny window of time a few years ago.

If you were a military general and wanted to make your military campaign as successful as possible you would put together a plan of attack.
