Hello, my name is Christian I am a Virtualization Architect by trade, but I have always loved the Real Estate business, one could say I do real estate investing on the side, but sometimes I end up spending many hours in Realestate, and loving it.I currently own rental property in Lakeland and Winterhaven we started our investment activities around 2003, my wife is a Realestate agent, so that helps us to find good deals.

I sometimes have VA cull large lists for me, (architects, builders, dumpster vendors, etc) and then I have been sending out the mass email.  

I know there is Chief Architect out there as well.
