LLCs have nothing to do with taxes because the income passes through to your own return, but are for asset protection and perhaps privacy.  

If you want more privacy, and storage space, go for the house.

I think the first of those steps is confirming that we've seen some form of ID that states that the person whose name/location are listed on a profile match the person whose ID have been supplied.As for the privacy of any information supplied to us, that would never be shared.
