. - First off, it's a better thing to invest now BECAUSE the market cooled off - I'd encourage you to shift into that frame of mind......now is the time to be greedy while others are fearful!

The small business down the street pounding it's chest on only buy-local (which I support) is a consumer and trader of globalization.For most part anything computer is globally sourced, and that right there hit's everything.

Don't get greedy in your quest. 

The quote "Be greedy when others are fearful, and fearful when others are greedy", very much comes into play in these times.

Also realize that some property managers bill a property owner/add a % to the tradesman bill, which is just wrong, IMO, as one would think that should be included in the base % the PM gets every month, but some are greedy (it's typically outlined in the PM contract but it's still greedy, IMO).Also, I'm going to work harder to get the best bid for a repair from reputable tradesmen as it's my money that's being spent.
