Ok so I will say Mark has some really good points, however I am a Midwest girl investing in the Midwest because it is familiar and drivable and we took family trips there when I was growing up.

The Question:If my girl buys her first investment property can she use the 1st Time Home Buyers program on it and if not, can she still use the 1st Time Home Buyers Program for her first personal home purchase after she buys the investment property?
