We completely gutted the kitchen, flooring, bathrooms, etc. and made the place into our own palace with minimal budget.Then a year after we moved in, I got a job offer elsewhere with a 50% pay increase. 

Trip was awesome, seen lots of churches, palaces, pitoresque landscapes, talke to interesting people and over all had the time of my life, all coming at a cost, these experiences tired all five of us to death.

I don't know what that crystal ball will say but I plan on listing it in March 2022 between $79-109k.

Plus I like crystal clear water not brown water which is what I have seen in the lakes there.
