@Katie Miller There are some insurance carriers that will state they cover bed bugs to help sell the policies by using this as a scare tactic.

PASS..... and its a German Sheppard.... you can tack on some other adjective like "Dutch" but its doesn't matter to your insurance carrier

Also look to see the brand of HVAC.....I've seen plenty of Tranes, Rheems, Carriers last for 40+ years, while the Goodmans seem to be good for about a max of 8.I do like the PEX on new construction.
