The Westgate area and Franklin Park remain the most vibrant areas in the city.

While other cities (Detroit, KC, St Louis, Ohio-cities), have their merits, Indianapolis offers distinct advantages that make it a superior choice for wealth creation.Indianapolis is a thriving metropolis on the rise, with a vibrant downtown, appealing neighborhoods, and a rich cultural scene.

The amount that global warming is / would be affecting it isn't enough to be concerned about in out time frames, maybe our kids, grandkids or great grandkids.

The combination of persistently elevated prices, high interest rates and now tightening credit conditions will weigh on business investment, consumer spending and the transactions markets in the coming monthsAlmost two-thirds of chief economists believe a global recession is likely in 2023; of which 18% consider it extremely likely – more than twice as many as in the previous survey conducted in September 2022.

But then... global pandemic...

It does seem quite vibrant with a nice mix of restaurants/bars and shops.  

That being said, for the global economy to function, capitalization must increase over time.
