The decision of many to quit is so often impulsive -- they do it with a view to short term relief and pleasure (i.e. to "sit on a beach", which sounds horrific to me).

We should start seeing better buying opportunities as new builds are completed and as the mortgage relief/ moratorium ends we may begin seeing Foreclosures again.

When it's important, you can stick to your guns (wow factor items) but otherwise there's a lot of deferring to the path of least resistance.For example:I'd like the spiral staircase to the roof deck located inside >> rejoisting roof supports, building a shed on top vs a hatch, possible bulk plane issues, taking up too much space to leave room for doors, $$$$ >> okay fine the staircase can stay outside >> team breathes a sigh of relief, I simply sighAlso, I always want to start shopping for finishes so they're ready to go when we need them - especially since I look for those special finds that aren't available on demand - but there's no convenient place to put them before we've done floors and drywall.

Got every penny of my loan back, plus all the interest and late fees that had accrued.I can't even tell you the relief I felt holding the check in my hand, after that 15-month battle.It's funny...you know, Bigger Pockets also helped equip me with the info I needed to acquire eight rental properties in 2013/2014--and sure, I'm thankful for all of that guidance too.
