Just look at the number of posts.It's too bad so many ladies feel intimidated around guys at meetups, but if my beautiful and talented wife were going to attend a meetup with a bunch of guys I wouldn't let her go--so I understand.But I think you ladies should invite a couple of guys as speakers every once in a while to balance things out a little.Good Luck!

Well it depends on the talent and the abilities of the RE Investor.I always want to have a notary in place or DocuSign docs, and I always get the terms on a legal pad first.I believe when you first start in REI you may consider a "letter of intent".You need two:Letter of Intent to Lease OptionLetter of Intent to PrurchaseThen get the appropriate docs signed and notarized.Here is my Lease Option Assignment LOI.https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B410Qg6zTH1EUFdQe...
