Getting a GC to walk for a fee is great; I'll definitely use that in this area. 

OTH if she does spend 6months and a day in CO she could save more money in income taxes/property taxes than she does in loan fees.

So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

They do qualify you based upon the cash flow of the property, but they have high origination fees, prepayment penalties and higher interest rates than conventional.  

Trustworthy in a way that they're fair in their fees and won't try to price gouge. 

From experience, you definitely want electric and gas submetered as tenants will abuse a flat fee.

Also, did SBL mention what their management fees were?

Additionally, to be licensed GC for residential work in Cincinnati, you simply complete a form and pay the fee.
