Exceptions to this are very specialized sectors or very small markets.  

TV and telecommunication service is one sector that's experiencing negative inflation LOLmeaning the supplier is selling below their production cost, sometimes TV and cell phone cost is much less than a nice BBQ dinner outside LOL

What are the areas that may have stronger long term tenancy (around hospitals and universities, other unknown sectors?)

I think if I was just starting out in the job sector, id have deeper reservations about brrowing against my 401k.

Additionally all sectors of the oil patch are getting slaughtered.  

Do I pledge a portion of net profits for an investment sector?
