:) BP pod, best real estate advice ever pod, rental property owner and real estate investor pod <---- IMO start with the last one I mentioned, there is SO much information that you will have an excellent grasp on the important themes of RE by the time you get to the current episodes

Additionally, that POD needs to be genuine (in the way @Priscilla Z. described).

@Michael Bracken well we have to give credit where credit is due.. remember this site is purely personal opinons and experiences  so what works for me may not work for someone else.. pod cast was fun..

This house has been one of those "hell houses" that they talk about on the pod cast.

There is a wealth of information available through articles and pod casts.  

It all seemed to happen simultaneously, we got the collateral file, funded, they (seller) completed a loan mod. :-| Say what!

Unfortunately, I don't have one just yet but I do race my 2004 Pontiac GTO - tons of mods.
