Nothing facing the end consumer but a place where you build all the kitchen infrastructure and food entrepreneurs can come, lease the space and turn it into a virtual restaurant relaying on doordash/uber eats/grub hub/etc.

They are entrepreneurs and are running multiple businesses who have a lot of experience in commercial.

The problem is that I'm not sure where to start, and I need practical RE education.The idea of also wearing the entrepreneur's hat in the project is that it will give me more independence -Financial independence, general life independence (to depend more on myself and my abilities and less on clients) and creative freedom and control as an architect, to make more coherent projects - in terms of decisions, design and presentation.If someone here has an idea \ insights \ advices for how should I start my new way it would help a lot.thanks,Niv

The REDI course is very high and good on teaching you how to be an entrepreneur, and Richie personally mentors you as you proceed through the course. 

It can definitely help you, and open some doors, but there are many, many very successful entrepreneurs who do not have MBAs or any degree for that matter.

We need more mentor to help us be successful entrepreneurs and this is one of the ways motivate mentors & mentees.

I feel like thats the real estate entrepreneur pinnacle!
