Hi All, I always delete the applicants files and personal info after I have denied the application.  

Instead, I currently use Schlage's keypad locks on my units so that I can still create and delete passcodes....so the tenants never receive actual keys (I keep the physical override keys) but it does require a person to manually change the 4-digit passcodes.

For example, if you play around with the Airbnb app, you can get into settings where you can possibly “delete” or “edit” a photo which apparently your not supposed to be able to do.

I would post more info but my last post was deleted due to including a link, but if you google them you should be able find all their contact info.

Don't use Privy It's my personal experience with them i've been using it for around 3 4 ecommerce stores for clients and i'm very active in some ecommerce groups around 3 months ago i heard a lot of horror stories about them so i went to my store and deleted asap.
