$12 bucks for a beer dang I can get 25 cents a beer at the local bar lol.Seriously though Will we live in a society of greedy cheating dishonest idiots who don't give a crap about anyone but themselves I mean look at all of the ponzi scams being brought out in the open now.I rather make a living doing the right honest way than screw someone just for a quick buck.Honesty is the best policy.

Please remember LLC would not prevent lawsuits but only limits the amount of damage from a lawsuit to any property(s) covered in the LLC and not affect your other investments and home.In some cases, an LLC may deter greedy lawyers/plaintiffs in going though with a lawsuit if not much equity is in the home and only a limited award can be had suing the LLC.However, for beginning real estate investors with less than 5-10 properties with very little equity, good insurance (both property insurance) and personal insurance (umbrella) is a better way to go.Why?

Hi patrick, Thankyou for the reply, and sorry for my late one.I personally am looking to go done the route of BRRR of houses and flats, and then eventually blocks of flats.My main reason for picking this route in property investing is because I am a sole trader as a Plumbing and heating engineer, do I will be able to do most the work myself.I'm not to sure what REIAS,Cheers again
