The renters/buyers there aren't commuting to Seattle (not many at least but I do know one) but between Boeing, the Navy port and the Naval Air Station in Oak Harbor there are plenty of people commuting from the Mount Vernon daily.

I thought ,Perhaps since it is across the street from Bicentennial which have town houses that use to be for Cecil Field Navy housing, perhaps we could convince them the change is worth it to build a few apartments there, with the large amount of sudden growth coming to the area.
