Hi there BP folks.I am sending out my first mailer and wanted to get some advice from whoever is so willing.  I am looking for some high level things NOT TO DO as I start sending out my mailers.  

It has amazing capabilities of sales process management, property management, Invoicing, Books and what not.

Even if its just starting as an assistant/receptionist, someone who tags along to help with staging/pictures, or what not else?  

But you brush that off and take it as a learning experience of what not to do moving forward.

I can also give you some pointers on what NOT to do!

Like you've all said, you have to choose the place based off taxes and what not.

So what you're saying is it's better to spend $25k on learning what not to do (making mistakes on your own and losing all your cash...and then some), than spend it on learning both what not to do and what you should do?

Now, you will know what not to do and continue to do what had worked!

I want to be a real estate investor and I was debating on buying a real estate program and what not, but after listening to the podcasts by biggerpockets, I don't believe getting a program is a wise decision but rather taking action in real estate.
