It's a very volatile/unstable market and economy here.

They have a little higher gains (a lot more volatility) but a syndicator who is willing to put you in a deal with more than 10-20% of your net worth is asking for trouble.

Newbies and those with limited resources should be a bit more prudent when volatility is as it is. 

Assuming there is not just a huge near term drop (which would normally mean the volatility would cancel out everything else because everyone would try and sell at once), a lower dollar normally means rising prices because inputs are at higher prices and exports are cheaper.

No one can tell you what interest rate to expect because of the volatility.

Percentage wise, the under 25 YO group is most volatile, but again the overall picture is "normal".

I'm sooo disappointed that our country has done NOTHING to stop these volatile lending practices that lead up to this mess in the first place.

There have been oil shortages and oversupply wars that have caused volatility.
