I can totally see Aberdeen/Hoqiuam being an Airbnb hotspot for all those travelers, not to mention the Seattleites that need a break from the big city from time to time.As more people come to visit, then businesses will thrive, and Aberdeen will be a hot market on the rise!

I just don't see any room for a new management company to thrive.

It's almost a rule you can live by now that anywhere that tourists flock, Airbnb will thrive.

Each investor is different and thrives on different things!

I watch the local economy thriving, yet it is still relatively affordable.

The state’s diverse economy, driven by diverse, high-end paying industries is gaining ground, and also it offers a fertile ground for businesses, communities, individuals and companies to thrive and grow.

Best tenant I ever had was self employed with horrible credit, IRS liens, and no income to speak of - but a thriving carpet installation business (go figure). 

Like Richard we all hardened over time as that is really what is necessary to not only survive but to thrive in this business.

Think about what he has witnessed in his lifetime and remind him, thru interpreter, that he is probably a surviver and will survive and probably thrive in this next, happy chapter of his life.And if he doesn't like that, just kick him out.
