They are mainly temp workers with no regard for any other tenants in the building.The good is a reputable company with a long term lease.

@Mike Reynolds Don't be messing with my dream ;) I can handle a flurry or two and long as the temp averages 60+ which it seems like that is the case from everything I have seen...I will put up with 60 :)  Connect with me on FB and what not so we can stay in touch.

You would run the machine for awhile, maybe even 24-48 hours, with the AC on recirculate but a rather warm temp, 75-80° and house sealed.

Most the time there is just trucks parked in the Tesla spots, lol.those super chargers your talking about are for cross country travel.. they are on every major north south and east west interstate.. that allow you to go from super charger to super charger with no worries.. some cars with the bigger battery capacity can leap frog the ones with minimal battery will make  1 more or maybe 2 more stops per 600 miles.. depends on temp and terrain..

My first few properties will be in the Tempe AZ area and I'm also looking at FL, TN and Ohio.

I am in Chandler, and I think the off-season is more muted in Tempe/Chandler/Gilbert.

Want a flat, bike able area with cool temps.
