They cannot guarantee when the technician will show up during that 8 work day, so it's not practical that I can leave work early to meet them there on a particular day.I've tried to make this a bit easier on myself by putting a combination lock on the basement door and when they call for the "we'll be there in 20 min" warning, someone can give them the combo, which I can later swap out after the service visit for security reasons if I choose.The issue I have run into is that "technically" (citing company policy) I have to be present for them to gain access and do the connect/disconnect.  

I've seen too many times people swap out two prong for three prong with out grounding the outlets which is a big no-no code violation.  

I can easily report currency swap trades, but if I trade bitcoin, then I must file a separate schedule for them.  

Right Amit, this problem is actually a simple mathematic equition:one wants to swap a lesser performing rental with the more performing investment.The problem is since the performance is set by market, thus the problem is becoming:one wants to swap a less performing single/MF rental property in specific regional to a regional syndication economy that's more performing.In reality, these are difficult as the home price is rising and rent growth for SFR is higher than the growth of apartment/multifamily complexes esp. if it's class A property.Solution ?

. :)It's incredibly rare that getting fancy with business entities, and/or changing them around (swapping out Sch C for S corp and giving yourself inflated paychecks, for example), within 2 years of wanting a mortgage, is beneficial. 

I could be wrong on this, but to my understanding if the work does not affect the square footage of the house nor the structural components, and is simply replacing a "like-for-like" type product (swapping out an old light fixture for a new one, but the are on the same circuit and panel,  permits would not be required.
