I forgot to say, about the REIA that won't let me bring the baby.... one really good positive came out of it -- since I wasn't allowed to attend, the organizer was kind enough to personally take time educating me on the phone about what I was hoping to learn there anyway, so that was nice, saved me a trip too.

I recently heard an analyst say this about the Denver housing market: it has 10% more growth before it will catch up with other city's in the US with the same demographics (population, # of sports teams, # of colleges etc.)

Our primary focus was to make the shopping center focused on active living. to that extent, we had a gym, physical therapy and physician, a great sports grill & bar, and other companies who's business dealt with active living.

I just recently foreclosed on a property and when I went to sell it, the buyers title company found a $6,000 lien from 1986 from a now defunct down payment assistance organization from the state.
