I majored in Finance and Accounting at the Carlson School (U of M) and subsequently went back to complete my masters in tax (MBT) a couple years ago at the same school.Couple reasons for my recommendation is that there is a large learning curve in Finance or Accounting after leaving school.

I've been involved in multi million dollar projects and while I'm not the smartest guy in finance in the country, there is no deal that I won't suggest, advise, change, modify or put the final touches on that any investor puts together, no borrower really has all the answers and it's always, to some extent a team effort.

We'll do a cash out refi in 2017 to get our inital $ out and then reinvest in another apartment so then the cash flow will again be tax free and our return will be infinity.
