May I propose an alternative theory?  

Dodd-Frank, the SAFE Act and other legislation in the last 10-years as dramatically changed the landscape around those transactions.

But part of underwriting a loan is to look at income versus what the proposed payment will be.  

I am working with our securities folks on doing some no action letters to the SEC around some items I think would greatly benefit the space too.I'm interested to see what you're proposing for your site Mark.
