I’m newer to the Augusta real estate scene but looking forward to connecting with people at the REIAs.  

It's just 25 minutes from downtown Asheville, yet has it's own really great downtown scene.

With that being said we are interested in Tempe and Scottsdale because of the party scene, people like that party scene with restaurants and nightclubs, the mini Vegas so to say.

I've later seen lots of them in person and some of them are 100% garbage when I thought they were pretty good on the show......I personally would want to talk with previous "contestants" or whatever you want to call them..... probably be best to do that behind the scenes since going through the production company they will either only refer to the happy ones or it will scare them off as you are too demanding and should just be grateful they MAY honor you with their offer.

Hi Bradley,Maybe Nativity Scene figures in 3 sizes, 1 foot, 2 foot, and 3 foot--painted or customer paints...Camels, wise men, a wooden manger, etc...Individual pieces or a discount for a whole set (a set sale will net a lot more than a single sale quickly), maybe someone wants 20 camels for instance.Maybe, (if it's legal) Advertise on the highway with bandit signs....

With prices up, interest rates up and people shackled to their homes they have virtually disappeared around here.So no, I don't think they're ruining anything because they're such an insignificant part of the whole scene.

Handling Legalities and Procedures:There's a lot that goes behind the scenes in property management – from rent collection, distributing legal notices, processing security deposit claim forms to the more severe aspect of handling evictions.
