Can you pull out hookers that are causing housing disturbances and set them on the curb?

For me, I plan to allocate more to Capex/curb appeal.

Incidentally on the parking requirements for development in San Diego, the pendulum is ridiculously swung the other way.On an SFR to Duplex+ADU project (City Heights) I just got permits for, the City actually made me remove 2 existing parking spots on the tandem driveway because the original 1929 curb cut is non-standard. 

It's better to be ahead of the curb.  

Plus, the vaccine is getting rolled out which will curb the spread tremendously.

I know of one in the Western NC & Great Smokies area who is building hundreds of units over the next few years, reverse engineering the perfect curb appeal, interior design and amenities that drive sky high revenues per sq ft.

Also, since you just put on a new roof, it will increase curb appeal-- you might let them know in advance that rent is going up $10-$25/mo at lease renewal or a year.
