Incidentally on the parking requirements for development in San Diego, the pendulum is ridiculously swung the other way.On an SFR to Duplex+ADU project (City Heights) I just got permits for, the City actually made me remove 2 existing parking spots on the tandem driveway because the original 1929 curb cut is non-standard.
