I was thinking about getting business cards, but I don't yet have a business name, LLC, website, and only have a cell phone as of right now. 

You can simply get a cell phone and list it in the 411 by paying a fee online.

If you're using some sort of callrail or sideline number (I would highly suggest not having your personal cell phone number on the sign) then there's really no way for them to track you down and fine you but you would still want to take the sign down if called.Putting them up Friday evening and taking them down Sunday night is a solid idea and that would be a great way to capture areas that would normally get the sign pulled ASAP - Scottsdale, Tempe, ChandlerThe further west you get into Phoenix you'll see multiple signs on every street corner.

FYI, just in case you call and it goes directly to VM it's because of the lousy area of cell phone reception.

I don't know if it's because I mostly use my cell phone or what but they won't work.

We hired on contract the logger.. ( we never owned anything but pick up truck and cell phone) the logger delivered said log to mill...

@Dan Brewer I am always open to talk to people :-)  I answer my cell phone, or call people back. 

Saw a post yesterday where a guy's plumber has pulled a cell phone case out of his tenant's toilet.
