Like you, I trialed a bunch of them, compared features, and ended up accepting that I could either settle for a terrible interface with robust features ( exemplified by the twin tools Beds24/BookingAutomation) or an inflated price and decent UI (exemplified by the likes of Guesty, Uplisting, Lodgify, etc).

If cap rates are moving higher on everything, it is a sign of a slowing real estate market.Be careful because when people are selling properties, they will often misrepresent cap rates by inflating income or ignoring expenses.

Numbers seem a bit too high, even though the units are much nicer than the rest of the units in the area, I personally thing the renovation was a bit over the top, and won't inflate the numbers anywhere near what was ran in this analysis.Thank you for taking the time to read this over.
