I actually think there is quite a bit of regional uniformity, with HMLs in the midwest, midsouth, and east coast states generally in the same ballpark.

They are motion activated, and the night vision is excellent, so you get a series of photos of them doing whatever they are doing.  

Presently we have lots of sensors (moisture, motion, light, sound, etc) that can be used to provide input to control the HVAC system, lights, appliances, alert us when there is water in catch pan under the laundry or water heater, etc.  

The board (and rules) require a lot of uniformity.

They are in uniform in a clearly marked van and very professional.

There is a standardized numbering system for accounts and your account would probably be happy if your account numbers matched his/hers - just to make things easy and uniform.
