Along comes a buyer that offers less than the asking price and the agent, being the one that set the price, isn't to thrilled having to go to the seller and explain that they, the agent overpriced the house and maybe it's not worth what the agent told the seller. 

I am an industrial automation engineer and love what I do, but I just found that climbing the corporate ladder wasn't as thrilling as building something for your family.

Right now we are thrilled with the investment.
