I have multi-family (600+ units) experience with start up for submetering water/sewage/trash via Conservice, electricity was always required to be in tenants name (with revert to owner and bill back in the event of a default in payment).

once you actually identify a specific property, you need real numbers.in a duplex you may have two of everything (unless some utilities are shared) - two furnaces, two water heaters, two sets of appliances, lots of bathrooms.

@Carlos PtriawanWhat we are seeing is we have had some redemption requests but we speak with a lot of our investors to get the pulse of what’s going onMany are getting crushed in MF right now which really hasn’t felt the effectsWhat I mean by this is there were a lot of deals that were supposed to close and investors get their $ back out to reinvestThat money is tied up still as these deals have not closed, but not only have they not closed they are under water.
