3.What is the structure of the personnel in your organization and what type of support staff do you offer the actual Property Manger?

Hi all,Went to an investor's meeting in my town and the organizer invests in performing and non-performing notes.

I'm just trying to be organized.

I've written about HOA's and COA's before and their dislike for Real Estate Investors.As I previously stated every large group or organization has lobbyist representing them.Being Real Estate Investor's we have a large amount of capital invested if totaled would probably equal the size of a Mid Cap company but we have NO representation. 

narpm.org is a very good organization to find companies to interview.  

If I felt like this person could essentially organize and let go of things in a timely manner, probably wouldn't be an issue.

MO doesn't require filing the actual operating agreement - - just the Articles of Organization.
