Would love to start a Southwest Colorado REI Meetup Group as the closest groups I’m aware of are in the Denver and Northern Colorado (FoCo/Boulder) areas.

There is much job loss due to both items above, yet in certain areas, including SouthWest Bakersfield, the prices continue to rise.

Any recommendations on a great PM company or attorney in Southwest FL?

We will be wanting to invest in the Northwest Indiana/ Southwest Michigan area if anybody is around that area and wants to meet up to talk more about it.

I'm a wholesaler focusing mainly on the southwest side / some southeast side.

I went to school in south west MI and just moved to IN from WV and starting my investing as well.

For example , in the southwest region we have Hometelos, Matt Martin and PemcoThe universal number based on people from around the country seems to be 87-88% as opposed to the 90% you indicated for new and extended listings that have not been reducedThe timetable and amount of price reductions seem to vary slightly by region as well.
