I use sheet vinyl in wet areas (kitchen and bathrooms) instead of seamed flooring because of water that could soak through the seams and rot the subfloor.

In some rooms, we actually had to rip out drywall and subfloor because the urine had soaked through the subfloor and into the joists.

The Bootz tubs are sold at Home Depot and have a slip-resistant coating.These are all really porcelain-on-steel tubs with additional undercoatings that help deaden sound and insulate for soaking bath temperature.

just pour a bottle or 2 all over the house let it soak in ...open windows to get out vinegar smell-in a few days its like new.

@Dan BarmanIf you have Dog urine - or worse, cat spray/urine - soaked down into the hardwood floor, sanding is not going to get rid of it.

I soaked it liberally with a good quality enzyme cleaner, but it didn't do much, I then put several coats of BIN primer on it, but if i put my nose down to the floor I can still smell it, however the room doesn't smell any longer.
