Most machines are good until they are mis-operated.the horizontal rotating drums on washing machines are sensitive to the amount of detergent used.If your tenants uses one washing pod, then you'll avoid issues.

The question I had while listening to the pod today was this; why are you not buying them and then renovating most of it (lets say kitchen and bath) and then moving in to it after 3-6 months and then finish the rest of the renovation while you are living there for the next 2 years.

Or the bank asks for a hardship letter and the borrower sends a scribble saying, "I want a loan mod" and nothing more.If your friend has complied and sent in EVERYTHING the lender required, and has documentation to support that claim, I would file a complaint with the CFPB.
