What are some of the steps you would take if you had hindsight vision?

I didn't look at comps so I cant speak to price.I'm definitely not an expert and my wife would say that I have little stylistic vision,  but it feels to me like there isn't good flow of style choices throughout the house.   

Going to conferences and meeting people helped us take our small business from a 1 man operation with a small vision to a now 7 person team with expanding vision.

I had a different vision.

The biggest investment that I did make was hiring a coach, most of my salary pays for my coaching and travel, both of which are written out in my vision.

My vision is to own enough properties by the time I am 66 years old and live off passive income from those properties.

People have no vision, and showing them an incomplete house that's not ready to rent virtually guarantees that they won't be submitting an application.As for the stove, if it's truly an issue, it's easier to move electricity than it is to move plumbing.
