So it is just tied to the tenant and lease they are signed into not necessarily anything where the property itself is declared as section 8 housing  and has to be rented as such.

@Joseph Rixe, if you are referring to the Declaration/Covenants/Restrictions of the HOA or Condo community this is very common and I would not suggest purchasing this property to use as an Airbnb.
