I did a quick google search and the Basic Allowance Housing for flight students is $1100 -$1300 ish.

Don't tell me if you got an applicant that was a flight attendant, pilot, hotel sales person, Disney employee for 15 years, etc, etc - that you would have denied them.

We live on the east coast and would love something accessible by a short-flight and would be reasonably easy to manage from a distance.

It's not a suburban flight risk as is our lovely Dallas ISD.

They have a flight path - but because of wind and weather they still need to correct corse constantly.

The first thing I'd do is head jump on a quick flight to Vegas and put it all on black.Joking aside I know what I'd do, I would likely continue to do what I am doing because that's what I am passionate about.

@Jay Hinrichs As always, I appreciate your perspective.....and don't get me wrong, I truly do....and I follow and respect your views in REI......Also, I buy a lot of books, diverse disciplines and not necessarily only REI, so when I said I could get a lot of stuff free here, I meant that I could learn quite a ton from folks who know better than myself and more experienced......In fact, I had been to a 'guru' seminer and with my flight ticket and travel expeses, I must have coughed up almost $10k!..

I was 10 flights from track select and got thrown on med hold.

@SOROUSH MIR SERAJI  plenty of good opportunites in WA and OR  you can drive to any of them in 2 to 5 hours max... or 30 minute flight.  

If you DO want to listen to him speak, I think he sometimes has cheap/free seminars, but you have to pay for flight, hotel, food... just don't drink the Kool-Aid at the end... er...
