It's a 2 way street where the seller and buyer are sometimes out of touch in reality and both trying hair brained ideas to get above market expectations.Some brokers/agents say they have buyers and they do not have anything and just want to put on the MLS.

If the bank were here in town, but the headquarters`was in KC Mo, and I got that verbage and bid, then I searched for that contractor here in Springfield and didn't find hide nor hair, I'd first think the bank may have a legit contractor from out of my area to come in and make repairs since it is a larger commercial job.

I asked my hair dresser if he has to run and borrow short term money to conduct business and he said "no, and I'd be closing the doors if I were" .A landlord sure can't run out and borrow short term to pay his mortgages and expenses or he'd be in trouble too.Congress is so out of touch now that Greenspan and Bernake aren't worthy of their worship.
